What the hell was the most fun song of the album and hence it got out first. All the other tracks are gonna have the feel of her older music (which helped her to connect with her female fans. SHe wants that connect again :] ) But, she doesn't want to miss the presence of today's music by playing something like it were from 2002 , so hence the techno feel.

I'm gonna be waiting for it like anything.

I used to be a huge Avril fan but her new song 'What the hell' kinda ruined that for me. (I think the song sucks) but from your list she's the only one I listen to so I guess the answer is obvious.
