First off- her next album has a VERY different sound compared to her previous. It is definitely rock/electro inspired. I have already heard the album and it is pretty catchy- but, don't expect anything like Poker Face or Bad Roma.

The album has a NYC underground club sound to it.

Honestly, lady gaga is sooo big now that she will sell even if shes selling crap but her latest album born this way was kinda badly received from critics. I listen to it and i loved it. I think its very different from anything i have ever heard. Its a masterpeice. I was doing my research on critic reviews of major albums and albums like Madonna's Like a Prayer received okay reviews when it first came out and now people re-rate it and give it full 5 stars. Do you think Lady Gaga's new album will change music for awhile, like brink the rock in pop again. She already did it with the fame,she bought dance music back and she did it with the fame monster, There are so many singers who are going to there dark because of that. Actually, if you look at the reviews of her first album you will find that most of them were pretty negative. For me personally I was a bit disappointed with the album. I mean there was WAY too much hype for this album and when I actually heard it, I was like "that's it?" Most of the songs for me were too mediocre or they relied too much on shock. For example "Government Hooker" to me sounded like she thought of some crazy wild title but then she later realized she had to write lyrics. For me "You and I" was the best song in the album. It really showed her great vocal ability without the obnoxious beat or silly electronic hook.

conclusion: Had the album been made by another pop singer the album would have been easily passable. But because it was Lady Gaga and this album had so much hype, I think it didn't deliver what people were expecting and hoping for.

Christopher is an idiot. He probably listened to one Lady Gaga song and assumed that because she does pop music and dresses in crazy outfits she can't sing. He's never actually seen her perform or listened to her songs were she shows off her vocals, like You and I and Brown Eyes. However, I strongly disagree with you. Born This Way is far from a masterpeice. It is a decent pop record and a lot better than most pop put out, but to me, it just sounded like mostly filler. It was okay, nothing spectacular and definately did not deserve the hype it got. It sounded very over produced. I think the girl is very talented and would love it if she did a record with guitars and real drums. But honestly, The Fame is a much better record and I think that some Little Monsters are totally blind and think everything she does is great no matter what.

There are very good songs like HML, TEOG, Scheibe and Yo眉 And I but also some really bad songs like Americano which I absolutely hate. Plus I find all those religious references completely unnecesary. But what I really don't get about this era is the poor management, there have been sooo many mistakes. First, the awful album cover that makes you don't want to buy it. Then, the strange and sometimes disgusting video of BTW. Then the video of TEOG: a piece of crap that should have never existed, one of the best songs on the album with a emotional meaning ruined with a video horribly directed, boring as hell and her looking like a prostitute. I just don't get it. Also the release of Judas during Holy Week. What the hell were they thinking?? And now she announces the fifth single in only 8 months, what's the hurry?? I don't like comparisons but think about Katy Perry's Teenage Dream era, everything was in the right place: good timing, videos and single choices. I mean, Katy is no way near as talented as Gaga but she knew how to play her cards right. I hope Gaga's next album is fresh and with more classic Gaga tracks and with a better management, videos and singles choices. She needs to reinvent herself for the next album, even Adele which music is not very commercial is smashing in the year that was supposed to be Gaga's year.Any Lady Gaga fans who are disappointed from Born This Way?
Born This Way is my favorite album because it's like therapy to me the way I can relate to it. I'll be honest, I'm kind of neutral about her album artwork but it still sold 8 million copies making it more successful than The Fame Monster and I didn't like the video for Born This Way either. Not that I thought it was disgusting. It bored me. I think Americano is a beautiful song with a lot of heavy emotion. In my opinion, all the songs are really good except Black Jesus and most of the remixes on the bonus track album weren't needed... I think she could've released Hair as a single instead of Judas which flopped big time even though that's my personal favorite on the album. Well, Lady Gaga certainly wasn't "born" that way. She is nothing like her image at all... but her goal is to be around for a very long time. So I guess when your talent is mediocre is pays to be outlandish so people will continue talking about you, right? Good or bad, everyone knows who she is. I don't mind a couple of her songs, but I'm not diggin everything. She lost mad credibility with me after she wore that meat dress. Really poor choice on her part.

I don't think at this time, anyone can give an official 100% accurate answer for this. But this is what I believe/know.

1.) What BTW video..?

2.) Yes, I believe that there is probably going to be a fully spanish version of Americano on an upcoming album. The question about if it's going to be a mariachi version, or if it's going to be on the BTW Remix album, is not able to credibly be answered right now, since she hasn't really made any official answers in interviews, tweets, facebook posts, or anywhere else.

To be honest, in order to get 100% credible answers for this, you should be patient and keep up with her website and tweets. When the BTW Remix album is out, my guess is that it will be the big top story on her website.

I say the first single will be released February 1st. Most singles and albums are released on Tuesdays. Then HOPEFULLY she will perform at the Grammy's, Feb. 13. Release the album the 15th (tuesday) and TMB starts again the 19th. She released T.F.M 4 days before TMB so she'll prob do that again.

From someone who has worked in graphic design: It's a striking, strange-looking photo -- she's going for Bowie's androgynous alien thing -- but the font and its placement are bad. The font is bad because it is both pedestrian-looking and hard to read at a glance, and the placement is bad because the 'DY' from 'LADY GAGA' bleed into the near-white of her shoulder, and make it even less legible. It's really a mix. A few songs are bad, some are average, some are really good. The only ones I've bought are Judas, Government Hooker, and Bloody Mary.

It is still unlikely to be a "font". Anyone with a bit of artistic skill can duplicate the letters.

Want more proof it isn't a font?

Find someone who is good with Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Open Office Drawing, or one of the other vector drawing programs. Note that OOD is free so you can do this yourself for free if you learn the program. These are just a few of the drawing programs you might use. Remember that every place you see using the "font" has at least one graphic artist or at least a web designer with some graphics skills.

Duplicate each and every letter using Vector Graphics. Note that there is enough of the font style to create your own letters if needed. Some of the letters will require several parts to make a single letter. When you get all the letters duplicated, use a wire frame view or use an empty or no fill. Be sure they are grouped so that you can easily manipulate each letter.

Drag and drop copies of the same letters on top of each other. Re-size letters as needed to allow close comparisons.

None of the A's are the same. Both Y's are different. Both G's appear to be different but I'm not going to say it is definite. If you add the "Daily Gaga" sample, you'll see that they are duplicates of letters in "Lady Gaga Born This Way"

When I worked for a company in the catalog department, it was common practice to duplicate various company logo's. I could whip up a simple letterhead with a company logo in a very short time using what was then Corel Draw 2 and 3 and at the time a hand scanner to get the logo into the computer. While I don't do that for a real job any more, I still do various graphics, logo's and business cards for different people using more recent versions of Corel Draw and lately even Open Office. If you can't guess from the versions, Corel Draw is at version 15 (X5) and I've been doing this about 20 years mostly as a hobby. Sometimes the only good way to duplicate a "font" is to hand draw the letters.

So, while there is a chance that it is a special font, it is more likely a graphical representation of hand drawn letters. My niece, who went to school for graphic arts, could copy the letters the same as I could. To further clutter things, look at Kylie Minogue鈥檚 2 Hearts cover. Again, similarities in the "font" and even the cover photo but the letters here are also clearly drawn. Now you have more letters that are a similar style but don't match.

While I've based my conclusions on my graphics experience, there are also telltale signs that the letters were drawn by hand that wouldn't be duplicated in a font. The slightly enlarged Dot at the top of one Y indicates a magic marker such as a Sharpie was used to draw the letters. To be a font, it would have to have at least 4 different versions and be variable between the versions.

Is the new lady gaga album censored?!?

I have the new lady gaga album "Born This Way", but it is censored. I didn't see any alternative versions of the album, other than the standard album and the special edition. What the heck, man? Is her album only available in the censored format? That's lame if so...Is the new lady gaga album censored?!?

K, I love Lady Gaga, and now I want your opinion on her new Album "BORN THIS WAY"What was your reaction to Born This Way by Lady Gaga?
Born This Way is very, heavy compared to her other albums, the other ones were poppy and dancey and idk "happier". Born This Way is more grungy and dirty. (Idk how to describe haha) My favorite songs from that album are Bloody Mary, and Heavy Metal Lover. Even the names are way different compared to her past songs. Disco Heaven, Money Honey, Summerboy, etc.

First time I heard the song Born This Way was when she was in that egg (forget which show that was) I was like, wtf is this? But then she started singing and I loved it "don't be a drag just be a queeeen".
The album is awesome. The song itself is a little lackluster, but the sheer force of her efforts makes it special.

For the sake of young viewers, I find the video distasteful. It's basically soft porn. Personally, I find it to be very hot, but it's wildly inappropriate for younger people.

Off the album, my favorite songs are (in no particular order) :

that song is one of my favorites by her! many great messages. this song kinda helped me accept that im not strait and im defiantly not normal....... and that's okay! because we were all born different and the way we were intended. so yeah :P
I loved about 9 of the 14 tracks. It's catchy and fun to dance to. Better than the Fame, but not quite as good as Fame Monster, of which I loved every track (then again, Fame Monster was technically an EP.) You and I, Schei脽e, and Edge of Glory were some of her best. The middle songs from Bloody Mary to Electric Chapel were overproduced, weren't lyrically impressive, and could have benefited from being stripped down like You and I was. Honestly, I ran around the place singing. I had been waiting for this album since last year.

The songs are really good, and I love the lyrics. They just make you feel free. Like no matter who you are, we were all born this way. Asdfghjkl. perfection.
Why do we care about lady gaga? Unless your refering to her song "Born this way" cause if your are, Christina Augulara's "beautiful" is better :)
