How can I get Ford Galaxy engine guide with parts location?

I suspect my car is not working because "AIR FLOW MASS METER SENSOR FORD GALAXY 1.9 TDI" is not functioning properly, I'd like to peak inside engine to check where to find this part so I can replace it.How can I get Ford Galaxy engine guide with parts location?It's not inside the engine. It's hanging right there on the outside where the air filter box attaches. I suggest you leave it alone based on the way you asked this question. You'll break something. I don't know how one "suspects" the MAS, but doesn't know where it is. Besides, it's not user repairable.
