I attended Lady Gaga's concert in Cleveland in July 2010 and she said she wrote "a number one hit" while in the city instead of going to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. I'm assuming it's one of the songs in the upcoming Born This Way album, but I am not sure which one.What song did Lady Gaga write in Cleveland?
