What happens when I pre order a CD album from Target? Read Description?

I am pre ordering Lady Gaga's Born This Way from the Target website, and am confused. Will I get the album at my house on the day of it's release, May 23, 2011? Or do I have to pick it up from my local Target? I really want this album ON May 23rd, so what will happen to it once it is pre ordered?What happens when I pre order a CD album from Target? I was wondering the same thing. I heard she is making the store donate to the human rights campagin to make up for it....I dunno.
