No. Once the album comes out and you click on it, it will have the list of songs and the song that you purchased will not be bold like the rest and will say "purchased" to the right where it usually says the price. You just have to pay for the rest of the album. Although, when you go to buy the album, you will still have to pay full price, you don't get a discount just cuz you bought the single off of it.
