There is a TON of evidence supporting the title. Song 01, based on a confirmed discography will be titled Born This Way. She is also getting a tattoo on New Years stating the title, and showing us a picture over possibly Twitter...? Born This Way makes sense as a tattoo.

Well idk for sure if that's the title, i think she said she'll confirm or deny that on New Years, but that's a pretty cool title. Can't wait for her new album!
